India Shakti Yoga RetreatYOGA RETREATS
Last year, we retreated to Italy for a lovely week of self care, mountain air, tuscan cuisine, practice, and creating new relationships. It was amazing!

Next year, I am collaborating with two of my fellow yoginis, Gretchen Bleiler and Jessica Ewart. Our journey leads us to Rishiskesh, India for a week long India Shakti retreat.
A week of pure self care: sattvic (balancing) organic and local cuisine, ayurvedic treatments, yoga, and meditation all nestled in the heart of Rishikesh next to the sacred Ganges River. The days will consist of daily yoga sessions, optional activities, exploration, relaxation, delicious meals, and plenty of personal time.
