Last year, we retreated to Italy for a lovely week of self care, mountain air, tuscan cuisine, practice, and creating new relationships. It was amazing!

Next year, I am collaborating with two of my fellow yoginis, Gretchen Bleiler and Jessica Ewart. Our journey leads us to Rishiskesh, India for a week long India Shakti retreat.
A week of pure self care: sattvic (balancing) organic and local cuisine, ayurvedic treatments, yoga, and meditation all nestled in the heart of Rishikesh next to the sacred Ganges River.The days will consist of daily yoga sessions, optional activities, exploration, relaxation, delicious meals, and plenty of personal time. I am honored to be the program director for the 200 hour Teacher Training program, hosted by Be Yoga in Marietta, Georgia.
We are currently accepting applications for the 2016-17 teacher training program. This is a six month personal committment of self study, personal growth, authenticity, and integrity. This program is registered and accredited by the Yoga Alliance.

These training options are geared for those interested in a more personal form of learning. Duration of this tract is negotiable and flexible to accomodate the student’s life circumstances.
